Prakash Industries, an ISO
9001:2000 certified company accredited by DNV Netherlands, was established in 1976. The company is also
approved by RDSO Lucknow, M/s Indian Railways to manufacture
train-lighting, battery components and electrical components under the
brand name PELCON. We are also the manufacturer and exporter of lead
plated-inter cell, end cell connectors, inter unit connector with lugs and
sockets for storage batteries, machined components and sheet metal
fabricated assemblies for general engineering and aircraft industries.
We also undertake the fabrication of aluminium and sheet metal under
the approval of Hindustan Aeronautical Ltd. The unit has been registered
with M/s NISC and is an approved supplier to BHEL, BEML, Defence
organisations, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, GNB Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., Exide Industries Limited, AMCO Batteries Limited, amongst others.
Our sister concern, M/s Lach Products, established in 1984, with
technical know-how from M/s Central Electro Chemical Research Institute (CECRI). The unit is specialised in lead, tin lead alloy,
plating on ferrous metals in addition to nickel, copper and zinc
plating for its standards.
Our products are exported to USA, Europe and South Asian countries through our customer GNB Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Apart from that, we have been directly exporting our products to
Australia since 2003. We adhere to the principles of honest business
dealings, commitment towards customers and regular introduction of
better products each time.

Our Infrastructure

possess world-class infrastructural facilities to manufacture pressed
and turned components, brass fasteners, copper bus bars and other
non-ferrous components used in electrical, mechanical and auto battery
components. Our advance machineries like lathe machines, power presses,
drilling machinery, etc., and diligent workforce are the assets for us in the real sense. Careful measures such as thorough lubrication of our
machines and their replacement with new and improved ones are observed.
Manpower, being another important aspect of our infrastructure is provided
with regular training sessions to maximize their individual potential.
